How do we apply technology to ministry?

I have recently started using some new technology and am trying to apply it to ministry. I am now connected to blogger, twitter, facebook, ning, google, live space, flocknote, mycatholicvoice, myspace, xanga, iphone, ecatholicchurches, twitter, animoto, youtube, godtube, and some more that I don't even remember, as well as, widgets from all over the place. How do I use these effectively? What audiences do I reach with different tools? What are my responsibilities as a presence on these services? What if one of these sites supports something that I don't morally agree with? How can I find out?
