formation is like swimming. You can observe, be taught about the
physics, the movements, the theory, the chemical composition of the
water, the science of buoyancy, and all things swimmerific, but until
you get in the water, you can't truly understand it.
Oftentimes when given the opportunity young people will jump right in.
They may need someone to help guide their learning, show them how to
improve, but they just want to do it and have fun.
Adults who do not know how to swim are oftentimes afraid, it takes a
lot for them to get in. Many times this motivation comes from their
desire to be in the water with their children and grandchildren.
